We have a wealth of experience in hosting world-class sporting events, national governing bodies and professional sports clubs, and love using our specialist expertise to help athletes be at the top of their game.
Last year, we had the honour and privilege of hosting the Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games on campus, as the Official Competition Venue for hockey and squash and the Games’ largest Athletes’ Village.
We’re also a key partner of Birmingham City Council’s new 10-year major events strategy, which aims to see the city provide a platform for hosting future major sports events for years to come.
