Seasonal and local ingredients

Great events catering shouldn’t cost the earth. While good catering is the key any event’s success, it’s equally important to choose a menu that prioritises sustainability.

We’re proud to use only use 100% British meat and free-range eggs, Red Tractor milk, and MSC-certified seafood in our dishes. We also strive to use ethically produced local food, including vegetables grown at Winterbourne House and Garden and on a community allotment in Aston.

Green Conferencing Catering Package

New for 2024 is our green conference menu, featuring A-rated carbon dishes to make it easier for you to make sustainable choices and calculate the amount of carbon used to run your event.

Each dish has been carefully chosen for its farm-to-fork emissions, and for being A-rated. That means – using data provided by the World Resources Institute and the Poore & Nemecek (2018) study, published in the journal Science, which is the largest meta-analysis of food systems to date – we have considered how each ingredient has been farmed, transported, and packaged, and the CO2 equivalent value was less than 500g. The CO2e value of the average UK meal is 1.7kg.
