Following recent refurbishment, the top floor features stylish, interconnecting rooms with views across the Green Heart and the Old Joe clocktower.
In a nod to our civic responsibility as a university, the rooms are named after iconic locations across the city – an intentional connection to Birmingham’s cultural and historical landscape.
Spaces range from boardrooms for up to 18, to larger rooms accommodating up to 80 guests’ banquet-style. Rooms are equipped with built-in AV, including screens, and the entire floor can be hired exclusively – offering breakout spaces, catering areas, and a self-contained layout with lift access and dedicated toilets for a seamless, uninterrupted experience.
