1. Eligibility
   Entry into the prize draw is open to individuals who submit feedback via the official University of Birmingham Conferences and Events feedback form.
2. Entry Period
   The prize draw runs quarterly. All eligible entries received within each quarter will be entered into that quarter’s draw.
3. Prize
   One winner will be selected at random each quarter to receive a £50 Amazon voucher. The prize is non-transferable, and no cash alternative will be offered.
4. Winner Notification
   The winner will be notified via email using the contact details provided in the feedback form. The voucher will be sent as an attachment to the winner’s notification email.
5. Marketing Consent
   By entering this prize draw, you agree to your name being published in University of Birmingham Conferences and Events marketing materials, including but not limited to social media posts, newsletters, and blogs.
6. Data Protection
   Personal data collected for the prize draw will be processed in accordance with the University of Birmingham’s privacy policy and applicable data protection laws.
7. General
   • The University of Birmingham reserves the right to amend or withdraw the prize draw at any time without prior notice.
   • The decision of the University of Birmingham is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
