Marketing is part of our Event Management offer – but if you want to increase the visibility of your event, boost engagement and reach more potential attendees, we offer two further tiers of support, and optional add-ons.

Tier one
What’s included?
- Basic conference brand identity guidelines (logo, fonts, colour palette including 3 mock-up visuals – one change request before final selected)
- Fully branded multi-page event website (as standard remains live for 3 months post event)
- Conference Brochure/Abstract book* (basic design template and layout)
- Sponsorship deck (proposal and manual documents)
- Header slides and venue/directional signage templates
- Name badges (digital files for print)
- 1x promotional flyer (digital file for print)
Pricing: included in standard Event Management charge
Tier two
Builds on the foundations of our basic marketing support by providing a broader range of promotional assets, helping to increase visibility, engagement, and impact across multiple channels.
What’s included?
All of tier one plus:
- Pull-up banner design*
- Email banner design*
- Social media assets or Keynote Speaker announcement graphic package (up to 5 branded posts or templates)
- Merchandise – visual mock-ups for two pieces of merchandise (tote-bags, water bottles, notepad, pen)*
- Coordinating photographer/videographer*

Tier three
Our premium marketing package offers a comprehensive, high-impact approach, combining advanced creative assets and professional event collateral to maximise your event’s presence and audience experience.
What’s included?
All of tier one and two plus:
- Digital signage
- Motion graphic/intro slide/welcome messaging
- Fully designed Conference Brochure/Abstract book* (professional design template + layout for professional print)
