Meet our team

Bring your next event to life at the University of Birmingham. Whether it’s a one-day business meeting, a large-scale conference, major sports event, or private dining experience, we’re here to help.

Our Commitments

Our commitments ensure that every event is treated with the same care and attention as the next. Our talented team and our delegate management service makes planning the event as enjoyable as attending the event.

Our venues are always beautifully maintained and individually dressed for the occasion, and our food teams create menus that are locally sourced, creatively prepared and perfectly served. These four commitments are pivotal to the way we operate as well as central the way we communicate.

We are experts with years of experience from across the events industry and we know everything that goes into putting on fantastic events right here on campus. We specialise in three key areas including account management, events delivery, and events management.

As part of a global top 100 University, we’re here to showcase phenomenal academic research as well as bring unique and large events to campus, and our city centre venue, The Exchange.
